10 day mindfulness series

I have been wanting to host something fun and interactive again since I had so much fun with last month's giveaway and we're about a month away from in-person events (stay tuned for that one) so I'm hosting a 10 day online series starting March 1. The word mindfulness just kept coming back to me over and over again so we'll be doing what I'm calling a 10 day "mindfulness series". I'm calling it a series because "challenge" sounded too hardcore (I wanted something easy and doable) and because I think I'd like to make this a regular thing (why not, eh?). This series is meant for anyone who is looking to have a little fun, get out of their heads and focus a little more on the little things or for anyone who is looking for some prompts on what to post. I've purposely made the prompts easy so that anyone can feel like they can do it.

 

The rules to participate are simple:

 

  1. download or screenshot the image below

  2. follow the daily prompts

  3. if you feel called to do so, post to Instagram using the hashtag #GMPmindfulnessseries and tag @gratitudemakesperfect
