My easy morning smoothie

I pretty much live for all things mornings (coffee, cozy pyjamas, breakfast etc.). For work mornings though, I am loving a simple, but nutritious smoothie to take with me so I feel energized and not full to the brim.

My easy morning smoothie:


1/2 cup mixed berries

1/2 banana (frozen)

1 handful baby spinach

1-2 cups nut milk

1 scoop VEGA protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

1-2 scoops MSPrebiotic powder (prebiotic)

Blend, and enjoy!

You can, of course, substitute in your favourite protein powder and additional add-ins, but I like to keep it simple and not overcomplicate things in the morning though I have been known to add 1/4 avocado on occasion, if I'm feeling wild...


I think I like to keep things simple because life can so easily get complicated so this simple morning ritual keeps me excited and on track for the day.

Always remember, you are exactly where you need to be right in this moment.
